Limbo[]
There is a mountain all tall as a Universe is known as the Purgatory, for a place for those who would like to transcend into true angelhood. This mountain is actually several metaphysical layers in size, each layer having specific trials that must be completed in order to reach the top, with the tasks becoming easier to bear the higher up you go.
The sins of each layers are "incorrect love", as in what your mind wants you to love or desire. It could also be considered one's drive, one's passion, bending your thoughts and mind towards that goal, with only free will capable of turning you away if it's a corrupted desire. The first 3 layers are "love" placed in the wrong spot.
Layer 1: Layer one has a rock that is cursed to always be heavy enough to be a burden to the one it is binded to. They must carry this rock 5 miles up the mountain to proceed. The weight of the rock is increased based on how prideful the user is.
Layer 2: A dark realm, not just because of the lack of light, but because it absorbs light. Every now and then, there's a faint flash to light up the way in a chasm with a lot of falls. to the bottom of the mountain. Those who learn to let go of their envious ways are able to see just a bit better to get through this 30 mile trek.
Layer 3: Those who lash out easily blind with wrath and rage are blinded by a suffocating fog, forced to work together with someone else to help further climb the mountain.
The next four layers are all about "love" being in the right direction, but either not enough or too much of it.
Layer 4: The ground below people will crumble under their feet, forcing them to keep moving forward or risk falling down the mountain. They longer they have been a sloth in their life, the longer they'd have to run.
Layer 5: Commonly confused for greed, this layer is meant for those with Avarice, who want to cling to everything they have. Here, they are must climb up the side of a mountain, with the mountain violently shaking around them for as long as they have had avarice in their life.
Layer 6: The forests of the mountaintops are filled with fruits that causes hunger to all within the vicinity of its aroma. Those who eat from it, however, must be forced to wonder the forest for a week longer. These fruits are the same fruits that cause the first sins.
Layer 7: At the top of the mountain is a land on fire, aether fire. Rather than burn, it purifies, however it is still hot. Those who have lust have to walk through it a lot further.
Final Layer: There is a small amount of steps up to the gates of the garden of Eden, where mortal life first began. There is where one earn your wings.

COB Multiverse Aetherworld[]
The skies are a blend of golden yellow and light red, kinda light a 'daytime' sunset. The astronomically massive large-island sized clouds of heaven were about 12,500 miles above the surface. Further above, multiple magical stars shined upon the sky, given the clouds a golden hue from below.
Near the surface, there would be tiny flickers of essence that idly appear, very slowly float around in another direction, and then disappear in nothingness. Things are shifted closer to a bluish color, such as grass, and the water from the rivers, lakes, waterfalls, etc were astonishingly clear, almost as if it was liquid glass.
The world seemed supernaturally alive, and almost everything seemed to be sentient in the forest as well.
Being in the Aetherworld makes one feel rejuvenated, and not only are they slowly purified from disease and corruption, their physical physique improves.
The temperature could be considered at around 40°F overall.
The Aether Metropolis is a mixture of a tribal village and a massive city; it was a place that seemed to fit in with the environment yet stand out simultaneously, the castle reaching the heights of mountains.
